Quantities is a standardized entry point to access all Quantities and their Units managed in the Server. It is formally defined in Table 37. All Objects of the QuantityType defined in clause 6.4.1, that are managed in the Server, shall be referenced directly from this Object with Organizes or a subtype of Organizes.
