ALWAYS_ACTIVE	1	Material balance system is available on the LDS and is always active. ActivateMaterialBalanceSystem is not present, because it is not possible to switch a material balance system off
SELECTABLE	2	Material balance system is available on the LDS and it can be switched on and off via the interface via the variable ActivateMaterialBalanceSystem.
