OPC UA defines a predefined namespace for EngineeringUnits:

http://www.opcfoundation.org/UA/units/un/cefact

This specification uses EngineeringUnits defined by that namespace in the base OPC UA specification.

In Table 70, EngineeringUnits are defined in the namespace of this specification for EngineeringUnits used by this specification but not defined in the above-mentioned namespace.
