This document adds ConformanceUnits, ConformanceGroups, Profiles, and Facets grouping OPC UA FX features to the Profile Model defined in OPC 100007.

UAFX Profiles are grouped into categories defined in OPC 100007 to help vendors and end-users understand the applicability of a Profile. A Profile can be assigned to more than one category. Table 1 lists ProfileCategories used in this document that have been added to support UAFX.
