7 Support for existing Companion Specs

The OPC UA companion specs (including all their versions) will simply be NameSpaces hosted in the Cloud Library. These NameSpaces are used as a reference but mostly will be extended b vendor-specific additions. Since OPC UA companion specs are public domain, these NameSpaces will be excluded from monetization.
