The Cloud Library can optionally implement the mechanisms required to facilitate the commercial transactions needed to gain access to specific NameSpaces, and to track and log the specifics of the agreed to terms of usage. These services may be provided by trusted 3rd Parties specialized in payment processing, data access management, etc.
