11 Access Control

11.1 Sovereignty

To create a workable marketplace, NameSpace owners’ IP rights must be protected when they make their NameSpaces available via the Cloud Library. NameSpace sovereignty is a fundamental aspect of the Cloud Library as such, NameSpace Owners will remain in control of their NameSpaces. Examples of such control factors include who has access to each NameSpace and on what terms (ex. financial terms, geographic restrictions, duration, and so on).

11.2 Licensing Terms & Conditions

The primary method of protecting owners’ IP rights will be via Cloud Library licensing terms and conditions (owner supplied). The Cloud Library will enforce individual agreements being accepted before download starts.
