11.1 Sovereignty

To create a workable marketplace, NameSpace owners’ IP rights must be protected when they make their NameSpaces available via the Cloud Library. NameSpace sovereignty is a fundamental aspect of the Cloud Library as such, NameSpace Owners will remain in control of their NameSpaces. Examples of such control factors include who has access to each NameSpace and on what terms (ex. financial terms, geographic restrictions, duration, and so on).
