This simple DataType isa subtype of String. It is used to represent a String which has no leading or trailing whitespace. When a TrimmedStringis specified as a Methodinput argument or written to a Variableand the incoming TrimmedStringcontains leading or trailing whitespace, the Servershall return a Bad_TypeMismatcherror or shall trim the TrimmedStringinternally before processing it. Whitespace is defined as those Unicode characters defined as whitespace (i.e. “WSpace=Y”, “WS”) in the Unicode Database. The TrimmedString DataTypeis formally defined in Table 290.
