[RQ7.15] The ResponseSPDU shall be built by the SafetyProvider by copying RequestSPDU.MonitoringNumber and RequestSPDU.SafetyConsumerID into the ResponseSPDU. After this, SPDU_ID, Flags, the SafetyData and the NonSafetyData shall be updated. Finally, ResponseSPDU.CRC shall be calculated and appended.
